My order showed up with everything I asked for, nothing missing and nothing random thrown in. Which, you’d think would be the normal way things work, but it’s not always the case these days. I’d order from IPD again.

My order showed up packed well and nothing was broken, so that was a relief. The box did have a small dent on one side, but the parts inside were totally fine. I’m glad it worked out because I don’t have a ton of faith in customer service being helpful if something had been damaged. Overall, good experience. 4 stars...

I’ve ordered from ipdusa a handful of times now, my gut says they’re a dependable place to buy from. The prices feel fair, the parts have fit the way they’re supposed to, and I don’t get that feeling like I’m being ripped off just because it’s Volvo stuff. Shipping has been totally fine too—nothing special, but it shows up without any drama. Overall, I’ve been happy with them and I’ll probably keep ordering there.

They’ve always had the parts I needed in stock, which is a relief. Just a heads-up to others: if you know you need something, I’d grab it when you see it instead of waiting.

Checkout was really simple, and I liked having a few different payment options to choose from. It definitely made ordering the parts less of a hassle. The only frustrating part was waiting longer than I expected, which kind of took away from an otherwise smooth experience.

I was looking up parts on IPD the product info was really easy to follow. The fitment details, notes, and photos all made sense, and I didn’t feel like I had to dig through a bunch of pages just to figure out if I was looking at the right thing.
The only thing I’d say is that some sections could maybe be a little quicker to scan, especially if you’re comparing a few similar parts. It wasn’t bad, just a little more clicking and reading than I expected in a couple spots.
That said, I really liked that the listings explained what I was actually buying instead of just throwing a random part number at me. It made me feel a lot more confident ordering, and overall the site was easy to use with way less guessing than usual for car parts online.

There was a little mix-up with my order, so I had to email them about it. It took, a bit longer than I was hoping to hear back, but once they did, they handled it fairly and got everything sorted out. The parts ended up being good, so... yeah, I’d use IPD again. I just wish that first response had been a little quicker.

I got my order confirmation right away too, which was nice. That said, there was a small hiccup along the way that I feel should’ve been acknowledged, so I’m still kind of expecting an apology for that. Overall though, it was an easy buying experience, and I’d probably use IPD again.

I’ve been grabbing random Volvo parts from ipdusa.com over the past year. Nothing huge all at once. Bushings here. Filters there. A couple little maintenance things. Shipping was normal, no drama, and some of the stuff has held up just fine.
But yeah, durability feels a little uneven. One suspension part started making noise after maybe 7 or 8 months, which felt early to me. Not catastrophic. The car still drove fine. Just that annoying little sound where you’re like, great, what now.

I reached out to customer service and they were decent about it. No big complaint there. I just came away feeling like the parts can be a bit hit or miss. I’d probably still buy basic maintenance stuff from them, but for parts that take a beating every day, I’d think twice

Yeah, the parts feel really solid and fit just like they’re supposed to. I haven’t had any issues so far, they’re way better than the cheap stuff I tried before.

They kept me in the loop about my backorder the whole time, so I wasnt stressing about it. Easy experince overall.

Prices were okay, but I found some stuff cheaper elsewhere

I got this performance upgrade for my Volvo. It made a real difference. The install went fine. The car feels sharper now. I took off one star because shipping could have been better.

I called in for help and the guy on the phone really seemed to know what he was doing. I did have to wait a few minutes before getting through, but once I did, he was helpful and got things sorted. If you’re calling, I’d say just give yourself a little extra time and be patient.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine, but it took longer than I expected and was kind of a pain in the ass. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying having to wait around for it

The shipping cost wasn’t exactly cheap, but it seemed fair for an international order. Everything showed up well packed and nothing was missing. I do wish the instructions around shipping/customs were a bit clearer upfront, but I’d still order from them again.
